Spantec Designed Steel Deck System – Toad and Mandy Costello

Our approach has always been to make building easy on site. We do this by bringing the planning forward into our design and manufacturing process instead of waiting till the product gets to site. Here are the key components of our designed kits:

Designed ground floor or deck frame to your project requirements.
Manufactured bearers and joists pre-cut to length (no cutting on site) as per working drawings
All bearers and Joist pre-labelled referring back to working drawings.
Print joists positions and pre-punch joist bracket fixing locations onto bearers.
Manufacture and supply our adjustable steel Ezipier and Ezibrace subfloor components along with all bracketry
Our full working drawings makes for a simple and quick installation.

The result is a beautiful quality outdoor wrap around deck that Toad and Mandy will enjoy for years to come.

Chelsea and Wayde’s Story – Give Back House

The Spantec team were heartbroken to hear Chelsea and Wayde’s story, when we were asked by house rules to provide material for this site we didn’t even hesitate and were more than happy to do our small part. We provided our Steel Adjustable EZI Piers to support their timber bearers and joists for the entire deck and extension of this build, this saved a lot of time in labour and trades with no need of a brick layer coming in to build brick piers.
